How do I place an order?
A:

Click on the products of your choice; add them to your shopping cart and follow the checkout procedure for your secure order. If you have any problems either e-mail us or call our toll free number. If you would like to order, other than online, you may call us toll free during our business hours and we will gladly take your order by phone.

How do I request a quote for a large order?
A:
Click on our Contact Us page and fill in information completely. We will respond to your request by e-mail or phone. Please use this for orders exceeding our largest quantity listed for any item.

Your personal information is used expressly by SunsetGolfballs.com only. It is our policy not to distribute e-mail or any other personal information received on our site to other businesses. Unless otherwise instructed by the customer, we will inform our site visitors and customer's promotional releases to inform them of any new products or other special promotions. Our secure server software encrypts all of your information during purchases, including credit card number, name and address.
   
3. Shipping Information

What is your shipping policy?
A:

SunsetGolfballs.com does everything possible to get your order shipped out within 24 business hours from the time the order was received.

Please fill out your shipping address correctly to eliminate any possible delay. Do not forget apartment number, suite number, or building number if applicable. We are not responsible for incomplete addresses. Please include a phone number that will allow us to contact you if there are any questions concerning your order.

If you select a business delivery address using Standard Ground Shipping, the carrier generally requires having someone present for delivery.

In case we are temporarily out of stock of an item, a customer service representative will contact you either by e-mail or phone.

Do you ship to post office boxes?
A:
We will only ship to post office boxes utilizing U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. If you want express delivery you will need to provide a street address.

What if I give an improper address?
A:
Please provide us with your complete proper ship to address. If there is any address correction fee charged by our shipping company, your credit card could be charged up to an additional $8.00.

What is meant by standard shipping?
A:
For standard shipping we use the following carriers: USPS, UPS Ground or LTL Carrier for larger orders. Orders requesting express shipping take priority over standard shipping orders.

What is meant by express shipping?
A:

We utilize UPS 2nd Day and UPS Overnight. Overnight shipments are delivered on the next business day following the day shipped.

There is an additional charge of $12.00 for Saturday delivery available on overnight shipments. Second day shipments will be delivered on the second business day.

What is the procedure for United States, domestic 48 states?
A:
For standard shipping we use the following carriers: USPS, UPS Standard or LTL Carrier for larger orders. Shipments to rural areas may increase the cost of shipping. Orders requesting express shipping take priority over standard shipping orders.

How do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
A:
We use USPS priority mail or UPS Air service for orders shipped to these states.

How do you handle international shipping?
A:

SunsetGolfballs.com uses USPS Priority Mail or UPS Air Service for orders shipped to international destinations. International orders normally ship within three business days. International orders require a physical street address and phone number. We are required to provide a commercial invoice for all international orders.

In case we are temporarily out of stock of an item, a customer service representative will contact you either by e-mail or phone.

International orders may take extra time due to the paperwork involved.

Do I pay duties and taxes?
A:
SunsetGolfballs.com is not responsible for the collection of duties or taxes on international shipments. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to calculate and pay any tariffs or duties that may be due on the purchase. If duties and/or taxes are not paid on entry to the destination country, or is refused, SunsetGolfballs.com reserves the right to recover any fees incurred for shipping the product back to our Loudonville, Ohio facility.

What is the procedure for shipping to Canada?

For shipments to Canada, we utilize USPS Global Priority Mail or UPS Standard. Shipments to rural areas of Canada may increase the cost of shipping. Are there any other special shipping instructions?

To arrange special shipment instructions please e-mail service@sunsetgolfballs.com or call Toll Free: 1-800-472-7432, Phone: 419-994-5563, or Fax: 419-994-3078. We will arrange to ship your package by any carrier you desire; however, the actual shipping cost may be greater than the amount calculated with our shipping calculator.
   
4. Custom Logo Orders
Q.
How do I place an order for custom logo balls?
A:
Click on the custom balls navigation item; select the product or products you would like to order; proceed through the entire checkout procedure. You will be contacted within 48 hours by our customer service team to collect any other materials required to complete your order. If you have any questions about the custom logo process, or if you have questions not covered in this section, please e-mail service@sunsetgolfballs.com.
   
Q.
What is a setup/plate charge?
A:
A setup charge is a one-time charge for preparing your image and plates for printing. Generally speaking, when a logo ball is printed it requires a graphic artist to format an image to particular settings. Plates need to be made for every color in your logo. A four color logo may require four different images and four different plates.
   
Q.
If I have ordered custom logo balls before do I have to pay an additional setup/plate charge?
A:
If you have previously ordered logo balls from us, you will not be required to pay an additional setup charge as long as your logo has not changed.
   
Q.
How do I get my logo to SunsetGolfballs.com?
A:
We prefer that you upload your image during the checkout process or e-mail your logo directly to us at art@sunsetgolfballs.com. If you do not have your logo in a digital format, additional art charges may apply.
   
Q.
What file format should I use for my logo?
A:
EPS (Encapsulated Post Script) or AI (Adobe Illustrator) is preferred; however, we can accept high-resolution images in any format including .tif, .jpg, and .bmp. If a low-resolution image is sent and requires "touching up," additional art charges may apply.
   
Q:
What is standard production time for a logo order?
A:
It generally takes four to six weeks to process a logo order from start to finish and two to four weeks for repeat orders.
   
Q:
Can I have a custom logo ball order processed quicker than standard production time?
A:
We can process custom logo ball orders on a rush basis; however, it will require that we put your order in front of others already in-house, or may even require staff overtime. This means there is an additional charge of $2.00 per dozen or a minimum of $50.00 for this service.
   
5. Order Status and Returns
Q:
How do I check the status of an order?
A:

Review your recent e-mail messages from either UPS or SunsetGolfballs.com. We will notify customers at the time the order is shipped and will supply your tracking number and a link to the carrier that we used to ship your order.

When you find your tracking number, click on the link to the carrier and enter your tracking number. This will provide you with the location of your package.

If you can't find your tracking number, forward a copy of your order confirmation, including your order number, to service@sunsetgolfballs.com. Our customer service team will contact you shortly thereafter. If you cannot locate your order confirmation, send a message with your name, order number, order date and products ordered to service@sunsetgolfballs.com.

   
Q:
How do I get the status of a custom logo ball order?
A:
SunsetGolfballs.com prints all custom logo ball orders in-house. Customers are contacted when the order is shipped and a tracking number is provided. Unless expedited service is ordered, logo orders generally take 4–6 weeks from the time of art approval to the date the order is shipped.

How do I return an order?

Please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization number by calling us or sending an e-mail message to service@sunsetgolfballs.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and failure to follow return instructions may result in a charge back to the sender for excessive cost incurred.
