| Freight |
| All shipments are FOB Loudonville,
Ohio, U.S.A. Shipments will be sent using the best
or least expensive carrier unless a carrier of choice
is specified. SunsetGolfballs.com assumes no liability
for delays or failure to make delivery due to conditions
beyond our control. |

International Shipments:
SunsetGolfballs.com is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred when
shipping orders out of the country. These charges are the sole responsibility
of the importing customer.
Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin and Export Declarations are prepared
by our staff at no additional charge. |

Same Day Shipping:
Upon request, orders placed by 10:00 AM (EST) for in
stock items can be shipped
out the same day. |

Claims:
All orders are carefully packaged for safe shipment. If you receive a broken
or damaged carton, please contact the carrier immediately to report the damage.
Notify the SunsetGolfballs.com customer service department within five days
of receipt of merchandise if there is a discrepancy with your order or damage
to the goods. |
| Returns |
All merchandise being returned
to our facility must have written authorization
from our customer service department. Once approval has been given for a return,
an RGA number will be assigned to your shipment.
This number must appear on all cartons being returned.
Any return not having this authorization will be
refused to sender at the expense of the sender. Return
freight instructions will also be given by our customer
service department at the time of return inquiry.
Failure to comply with the return freight instructions
may result in a charge back to the sender for excessive
costs incurred.
Once the proper authorization
has been received, all shipments must be sent to:

Imprinting Instructions |
| All artwork is to be furnished
for reproduction imprinting of a logo by the customer. |

Acceptable artwork includes logos found on
letterheads, business cards, black and white ad slicks, etc. |
| • |
If artwork is not supplied, we have the ability
to create it for you at a rate of $35.00 per hour.
Art fees will also be assessed if we are required to
pull
the artwork off the internet or clean up “rough” artwork sent in. |
| • |
Artwork may be mailed or e-mailed to us for replication.
Sorry we cannot accept faxed art. Please be sure that
all disks or files are Macintosh compatible. File extensions
and acceptable programs are tif, jpeg, eps and Adobe
Photoshop

Time estimates and pricing for art fees will be
provided in advance,
when required. |

Upon request SunsetGolfballs.com will fax an art
proof prior to printing your order at no additional
charge. SunsetGolfballs.com assumes no responsibility
for imprint type or the logo design on golf balls printed
with customer approved artwork. |

Please specify exactly how logo is to appear on the
golf ball. |

Maximum logo imprint size for golf ball is 7/8” in
diameter on one pole only and up to a maximum of five
colors. Maximum logo imprint size for range balls is
also 7/8” in diameter and in one color only on
a maximum of two poles. |

All first time logo ball and custom range ball
orders are subject to
a one-time
plate charge.
Logo balls:
1 or 2 colors: $15.00
3 or 4 colors:

Samples are printed at normal lead times only and
are subject to a minimum $50.00 per dozen charge plus
all plate charges. |

Rush orders are defined as orders required under
the normal delivery times listed above. All rush orders
are assessed a $2.00 per dozen up charge or a $50.00
minimum
for this service. |

Each additional logo or imprint required will increase
list pricing by $3.00 per dozen. (List price includes
one logo or imprint stamp.) |

Imprinted orders are not returnable. |
